Hormone Yoga with Martine Florus

Are you menopausal, premenopausal or suffer from PMS?

In this one day workshop, you will learn a series of movements aimed at the thyroid, pituitary
gland and ovaries to balance your hormone levels.
I will teach you a series of strong and dynamic asanas that will assist you in this process.

This series is specifically designed for women by Dinah Rodrigues, a powerful and vital woman of 82.  This is a beautiful yoga series in which you will learn to feel your vitality and return to your feminine nature and form.
